Atlas Travel Medical Insurance 是为出国旅行居住的国际访客提供的旅行医疗保险，包括全面的医疗、紧急医疗救援和旅行意外保障，可为您提供保护免受在国外旅行时可能遇到的各种风险的影响。Atlas 保险可在全球通用，适合世界各国的国际旅行者。如果您的国际旅行行程包括美国可以使用 Atlas America 计划（包含美国全球通用），如果您的国际行程不包括美国可以使用 Atlas International 计划（ 不含美国全球通用）。 

是否可以取消 Atlas 国际旅行医疗保险？

购买 Atlas 国际旅行医疗保险后，您可能出于某些原因（例如国际旅行被取消，意识到保险的保障不满足您的需求，需缩短旅行时间并提早回国等）。您可以向 Tokio Marine HCC WorldTrips 提交书面申请取消保险。保险公司将处理您的申请并按保险条款的规定退款。


如果在保险生效之前取消保险，可得到全额退款。如果在保险生效之后取消保险，那么必须在没有发生理赔的情况下才可以，保险公司可按比例退还未使用部分的保险，您需要支付 $25 美元的手续费。


CANCELLATION


We hope you are happy with the cover this policy provides. However, if after reading it, this insurance does not meet with your requirements, please notify us of your wish to cancel and we will refund your premium.


Premiums will be refunded in full if a cancellation request is received prior to the certificate effective date.


Premiums may be refunded after the certificate effective date subject to the following provisions:


a. A $25 cancellation fee will apply for administrative costs incurred by us; and

b. Only the unused portion of the plan cost will be refunded; and

c. You cannot have filed any claims to be eligible for a premium refund.

怎样申请退保？

您可以在 WorldTrips  保险公司网站 Member Portal 申请退保。 申请取消保险。 

登录 Member Portal 后点击标题菜单中的 Policy Information选项，然后在列表中点击 Modify or Cancel Coverage 选项。

Modify Coverage Dates：  “Would you like to change your coverage start date? Select “No” if you would like to change your policy end date or cancel your policy.” 


在这里点击 “NO”。


然后点击 “SHORTEN OR CANCEL YOUR COVERAGE” 键，可以申请缩短或取消保险。

如果需要取消保险，那么在 New Coverage End 这里选择您的保险起始日期（例如，本例选 23 Dec 2024)，然后点击 CALCULATE REFUND 键计算退款金额，最后确认并点击 SUBMIT 键即可。


如需修改保险日期（缩短保险），那么在 New Coverage End 这里选择您需要的保险终止日期，然后计算可退款金额并确认发送。
